Poor management. Dates of rental vehicle were inaccurate.

There is No reason to give me a confirmation number if enterprise isn't going to have the size car I chose when I go to pick it up, I don't care if a MINI VAN is considered a upgrade. If I wanted to rent a Mini van I would have requested a mini van, I don't need computer generated lip service in order to lock me into a reservation that I am stuck with once I've been dropped off and standing at the counter. The man working the desk was polite and professional. There is too much competition to put up with this kind of shenanigans.
